EASY CREAM OF MUSHROOM PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops
- 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 – 4-ounce cans sliced mushrooms, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
- Coat 12-inch non-stick skillet (with lid) with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
- Add pork chops and brown on both sides (about 8 minutes).
- In a small bowl, stir together the Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, garlic, onion, black pepper, and drained mushrooms.
- Pour over browned pork chops.
- Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
NOTES
Serve over rice, noodles or even mashed potatoes for a wonderful meal!
